About the creation of the film Andrei Rublev, its profound philosophical and artistic meaning, the figure of Andrei Rublev himself, and the influence of the great icon painter on Andrei Tarkovsky's work.

In making the film, archival footage and photographs from the Cinema Museum were used, as well as materials from the director’s personal archive and unique fragments from the director’s cut of Andrei Rublev that audiences will see for the first time.
