Seventeen-year-old overweight Sara has no friends. Girls who used to be called her friends now only mock and bully their former friend. One day, Sara goes for a swim at an open-air city pool, but her tormentors catch up with her there too — nearly drowning the girl, they steal her clothes and force her to go home wearing just her bathing suit. Sobbing, Sara tries to quickly reach home and hide from this humiliation when suddenly she sees her “friends” being abducted by a suspicious man who drives off in an unknown direction.
