Its popularity doesn’t correlate with the consumers’ deepness of knowledge, though. For most of them, coffee is an energizing drink with a (hopefully) acceptable taste. Through heartfelt interviews, archival images and breathtaking footage shot in the coffee farms of Colombia, Dark Matter succeeds to prove that coffee is a gastronomic pleasure and a limitless source of inspiration for those who chose to work with coffee.
