A strange man caught by the police in a wheelchair, whose van contained a pack of mixed-breed dogs and several corpses were found where he lived, is interrogated by a forensic psychiatrist. He readily recounts his difficult childhood: how his cruel father put him in a cage with dogs, which resulted in an extraordinary emotional bond between the boy and the animals — now the dogs precisely follow all his commands.
