The film is dedicated to the birth of a new musical culture in the USSR and the emergence of the rave movement in Russia. This music was revolutionary, and the legacy left to it completely changed the cultural face of the country. The heroes of the film are the creators and innovators of culture, including Maximilian Lenz (Westbam), derrick may, Alexei Haas, Artemiy Troitsky, Igor Shulinsky, Evgeny Rudin (DJ groove), Boris Spider, Indulis Bilzens, Janis Krauklis, Robert Gobzins (EastBam), Ugis Polis and many others.
