A boy named Champion was adopted by his maternal grandmother, Madame Souza. The hero loves cycling and years later participates in the world-famous Tour de France race. However, during the competition, two unknown individuals kidnap Champion, prompting Madame Souza and her loyal dog Bruno to embark on a rescue mission to help her grandson.
