Byung-soo, a retired serial killer, lives a quiet life with his daughter, who has cared for him ever since his Alzheimer's diagnosis. He starts to consider moving to a nursing home when another serial killer emerges in the area. One day he gets into a car accident and notices blood inside the second car and what is obviously a human body. The owner of the car has the same ice-cold stare of a killer.
