This journey was inspired by the story of obstetrician -gynecologist Aishat Magomedova, who opened a charity hospital for women in the center of Makhachkala in 1994. She was concerned about the situation of goryanok in the villages of Dagestan, where there are no roads, gas, water. According to local traditions, all physical labor in the family economy falls on the woman: caring for livestock, harvesting hay, providing the family with water. Aishat helped them cope with the difficulties of life and gave them free medical care and psychological support for fifteen years.
