Julian has escaped American justice and now runs a Muay Thai club in Bangkok as a front for his drug trafficking business. His mother, the head of a major criminal organization, arrives from the USA to retrieve her beloved son Billy's body: Julian’s brother was just murdered after brutally killing a young prostitute. Consumed by rage and thirst for revenge, she demands that Julian find and punish the killers.
