Thanks to perseverance and strength of spirit, these amazing and courageous individuals act against circumstances and overcome countless obstacles on their way to achieving their goals. This film features inspiring stories of people who managed to conquer silence: Animator Pavel Sakharov, who worked on episodes of "Masha and the Bear," drew characters for "Mi-mi-mishki," and whose social video for the Ministry of Health "Devilish Chipmunk" received more than a million views on YouTube. Athlete and public figure Ekaterina Savchenko - eight-time winner of Deaflympics, world record holder, European champion, founder of non-profit organization Center for Development and Support of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Children and Their Parents "I Understand." Actor and director Robert Fomin, who has been involved in sign language singing since youth and whose music videos in this genre garner significant viewership. Scientist and programmer Alexey Prikhodko - the world's only deaf programmer in artificial intelligence field, developing online translator from sign language to spoken languages. Priest Valentin Terekhov of Tikhin Temple - Russia's sole deaf clergyman conducting services in sign language for deaf and hard-of-hearing parishioners.
