Abandoned world, or Again they sing

A picture of the current existence of houses and palaces of culture (DC) on the territory of the Kirov region. During the Soviet era, DC symbolized the success of the Communist ideology, accessibility and mass character of Soviet culture. Today they are abandoned and need only their life of leisure organizers and participants of Amateur performances.
